Returns Policy

All items are hand-crafted at the time of purchase. Due to the bespoke nature, all sale’s are final.

EROXNYX is only able to offer returns for repair, exchange or refund if an item is defective or the wrong item has been received.

For eligible returns, EROXNYX has a 14-day returns policy in place, which means you have until 14 days after delivery to request a refund. Items must be returned within 20 days of purchase,

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, all items must be returned to EROXNYX in the same condition you had received it in, unworn and in it’s original packaging. You will also need receipt for proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, a shipping label will be sent along with instructions on how to return the item.
